IN-LINE SKATING TRACK

In July 2008, the race grounds opened to the sporting public, building a new inline skating track. Its construction enhanced our range of leisure time activities and was fully financed by the city of Most which provided financial support worth 5.5 million CZK.

The track is 3370 m long, covered in top quality fine-grain tarmac. The first 1500 m of the track is two-way and is 5m in width, the remaining 1870m carries on in one direction only and is 3 m wide. The track is situated right next the racing circuit mirroring its oval shape. There are no trees near the track, so its surface is always clean without leaves or fallen branches. Furthermore, its parameters meet the requirements for staging competitions in speed skating for it contains two 500-metre-long flat strips (the skating association requests just 250 metres).

The track is open to everyone daily. Check the dates of the Most hippodrome events, though access to the inline track is FORBIDDEN during racedays as well as some sports and cultural events.
